Basic operation

The Flocap Cap Tightener utilises an integral belt system that firmly grips the container, whilst pre-tightening rotating wheels screw the cap down, then the final torque-tightening wheels smoothly apply torque to achieve the preset sealing tightness that you require. The Flocap Cap Tightener uses a unique ‘top shoe assembly’ that keeps the container pressed firmly on to the conveyor whilst also driving the cap down onto the container this greatly increases torque and stability.

Adjustment for torque, height and belt grip are made through three easily adjustable wheels. Speed control is taken care of by a modern, efficient invertor.
